Schulenburg Update!

Schulenburg Update!

Schulenburg Riders,

As of right now the Texas Dance Hall Ride is still on for this Saturday. But, we are watching the weather very closely. And will make a final call tomorrow, 3/09/2012 by 11am. Please watch for an e-mail tomorrow around that time. We have spoken with the city of Schulenburg, and regardless of the weather conditions, they plan on having their event. So if you plan on attending the Texas music and wine festival, have fun and you will see me there.

The ride will take place even if there is rain, but if the elements become severe or dangerous for the riders, it will be call off. A parcel refund will take place in the event the ride is canceled. The remainder is to cover the service charges and the proceeds going to the Historic Texas Dance Hall Preservation. We are hopping for the best and will keep you posted.

Thanks –
