    Tune - Up Packages
    Basic Tune-Up: $65.00
    The basic tune up gets your bike rolling again. Our techs will make sure the gears are shifting smoothly and quiet. The brakes are in proper safe working order. The wheels are rolling true and all the nuts and bolts are secure and tight.

    Complete Tune-Up: $89.00
    Been a long time since you have been on the bike? Or ride your bike all the time! The Complete tune up takes the basic tune one step further. We will take your drive train completely off and soak it in a solvent bath for a day. Getting it looking and ridding like new. It also pays more attention to your wheels and hubs.

    Drive Train Overhaul: $50.00
    The drive train overhaul is just that. We take your drive train off the bike and completely clean and service all the working parts. Too much mud or too much grease? This is the answer for that.

    Basic Overhaul: $150.00
    This takes your bike completely down to the frame. Degreases and cleans your drive train components and bearings. Inspects your frame and fork for structural problems. Hand cleans the whole bike, along with components. This is for the avid cyclist, to be done ever 1 to 2 years.

    Complete Overhaul: $199.00
    This gets down to the bare bones of it all. From the frame, hubs drive train, fork and computers. The bike will be hand washed and waxed. All bearings degreased and repacked. Everything will be address in detail. This is for the every day cyclist, who loves to ride and love his ride.

    We deliver and pick-up bicycles from your house.
    For a extra $40.00 added to the service ticket, we will pick up and drop off your bicycles to your front door. Extra charge my apply depending on distance from the shop to your home. Call the service department at Sugar Cycles for futher details.

    BASIC FIT: $45.00
    BASIC BG FIT - For New Riders. Bike is adjusted to fit your body while you sit in a stationary position, boosting comfort and effciency while minimizing the pontential for injury.
    1 - Static saddle height adjustment
    2 - Static fore-aft saddle position adjustment
    3 - Static handlebar height adjustment
    4 - Static handlebar fore-aft
    APPROXIMATE TIME FOR BASIC FIT: 15 minutes

    2D COMPREHENSIVE BG FIT: $75.00
    2D FIT - A custom fit that guarantees significant gains in comfort, efficiency and power.
    1 - Flexibility assessment
    2 - Dynamic saddle height adjustment
    3 - Dynamic fore-aft saddle position adjustment
    4 - Dynamic handlebar height adjustment
    5 - Cleat adjustment
    APPROXIMATE TIME FOR COMPREHENSIVE 2d FIT: 45 minutes


    3D ADVANCED BG FIT: $150.00
    3D BG FIT: For Elite Riders. The highest level of custom fitting bike to body resulting in maximum increases in comfort, effciency and power. 3D Fit includes all elements of 2D with the following additions.
    1 - Advanced flexibility assessment
    2 - Advanced structural assessment
    3 - Footbed fitting
    4 - Hip, knee and foot alignment
    5 - Other adjustment as needed
    APPROXIMATE TIME FOR ADVANCED 3D FIT: 1-3 hours.

    SUGAR CYCLES FITTING
    We at Sugar Cycles pride ourselves in the art and science of fitting. We have training from; Dr. Andy Pruitt EdD – Specialized BG Fitting systems, Barnett’s Bicycle Institute, F.I.S.T. and continue to grow in our education of bicycle fits. ALL FITS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call either shop to check for times and availability for your fitting. Please come prepared to the fit.
    You will need to bring;
    1 – the bike that you want to be fitted on
    2 – cycling shorts
    3- cycling shoes (if you don’t use the clip less system, please wear shoes that you normally ride in)
    4 – Towel
    5 – water bottles. All bike fits are different from to the other.
    A Road fit is different from a Tri fit and from a Mountain fit. The price of the fit only applies to the bike and its category. The price of the fit is only for the labor of the fit being preformed. All other accessories are a added price to the fit.
